As part of the EU food allergen labelling requirements, legislation requires the content of specific allergens in food to be known and now applies to all foods, pre-packed, sold loose or served outside the home.

Accredited to ISO 9001:2008, we use the recommended enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based method of analysis, and our Gluten/Gliadin testing is approved by the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling (CCMAS), as recommended by Coeliac UK. Our methods use monoclonal antibodies which react with the allergen compounds, enabling detection and quantification to the high performance and quality expectations of our clients.
Our standard service which offers a five-day turnaround, along with 48hr for our ‘Express’ service and 24hr for our ‘Priority’ service, ensures we have a range of options to suit your requirements.
