About our UKAS Accredited Laboratory

Established in 1973, AltaBioscience provides analytical laboratory services in addition to custom peptide synthesis, DNA oligos, and polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. Our testing services include amino acid analysis, protein sequencing and mass spectroscopy analytical techniques.

AltaBioscience manufactures and distributes all specialist biochemical products from its UK-based ISO 9001:2015 laboratory and performs protein sequencing and amino acid analysis accredited to ISO 17025:2017 standards.
