Plant-based trends and Innovations Conference – Announcing the winner of our hamper prize
On the 8th February, 2023, the 2nd annual Plant-based Trends and Innovations Conference – Vegan, Health, Natural, Clean, took place in Central London. With engaging panels and thought-provoking talks, the conference explored how leading brands and companies are developing new plant-based and vegan products that are nutritionally dense with great taste and high sensorial performance whilst staying at an affordable price and whilst tackling sustainability.
It was also a fantastic day of networking, and we were pleased to meet many of you and discuss how our amino acid analysis service could support your R&D team with the development of new plant-based products. Determining the amino acid profile of food accurately is crucial for routine quality checks when using new ingredients with unknown nutritional value or when developing products using alternative protein sources. It was great talking to you and better understanding your needs, and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Also, we would like to thank everyone who entered our competition to win a vegan hamper.
We are happy to announce that the lucky winner of our hamper prize is Alex Markland from The Vegan Society.
Congratulations again, and thank you to everyone who took part.
If you haven’t had a chance to talk to us at the conference, please feel free to contact Sarah Hawker, Head of Amino Acid Analysis, on +44 (0)1527 584495 or email info@altabioscience.com.
