Histone peptides and microarrays

AltaBioscience stocks a selection of individual histone peptides and five different histone peptide sets.

The peptide sequences are derived from human histones H2A, H2B, H3 and H4 and include a range of modified amino acids.

Our ready-to-use histone peptide arrays are effective, convenient and made to the same high standards as our individual peptides. Ideal for assay development, regulatory studies and assessing the quality of antibodies used in reporter systems, these peptides are also powerful tools for epigenetic studies, including:

• protein-protein interactions
• enzyme affinity studies
• antibody screening assays

Each histone peptide set comprises 94 different histone peptides and can include post-translational modifications, including acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation and citrullination. There are five ready-made sets available, the sequences of which can be downloaded as pdf files:
